Invoice payment doesn't work

Hello there,
I am trying to add the payment of the some invoices (normal payment, down payment, etc.), but when I type down the amount and confirm the amount I am back on the invoice page. But the payment doesn’t appear, there is no payment in the bank module, nothing changed.
I don’t know why it doesn’t work or what to change so it does work.
Hoping for help or advice.

Hello,

What is your dolibarr version ? PHP Version ? etc…

It happens on 3 of 3 systems.
The first is version 15.0.2 and has PHP 7.3.31.
The second is dolibarr version 17.0.1 and has also PHP 7.3.31.
Those are the test systems.
The third version is Version 15.0.2 and PHP 7.2.24. This is the productiv system
