Dolibarr Admin shows that ver. 14.0 is the latest stable version, however dolibarr.org has not announced it yet.

V14 has been released and it is the new stable version : Dolibarr ERP & CRM V14 has been released
For production, I would recommend to wait v14. 0.1 or v14. 0.2
