Issue with creating bank accounts

Dear Forum members,

I’m using Dolibarr for a few weeks now, supporting my small business. I’m running into a problem on the bank accounts. I’m able to add a bank account into Dolibarr, see attachment. However, when I try to access one of the bank accounts, my Safari browser gives the following errors:
Safari can’t open localhost:8080/dolibarr/compta/bank/card.php?id=1. after that, I get the message: http.bin has stopped unexpectedly.
This means that I’m not able to access my bank account details on Dolibarr, which is highly unwanted.

Is anybody experiencing the same issue, or better, does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I would like to hear from you. Many thanks in advance!

I’m running Dolibarr 6.0.3 from Bitnami, on a Mac via manager-OSX.

Strange. Can you try with another browser.

Do you have same trouble if you test on demo.dolibarr.org ?

I already tried Chrome, but same effect. On the online demo, I do not see thuis issue.

What else can I try?

IN Chrome, it doesn’t work either, but I get a different error message: Localhost did not send any data, ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Can you have a look, just after error, into your apache error.log file ?

I’m kind of glad that I’m apparently not the only one who is experiencing this “feature”. I really would like to know what I can do to solve this.

I would like to know whether the information provided from my error.log can be of any help in solving the problem I have?

It would be great if you can help me getting this solved.

Please clean your browser history, and disable cookies of the browser. I think to create a bank account.

I don’t think clearing browsing history will resolve this you have to clear cache memory and remove some of the unused extensions then only you’ll get the solution. You can also get free real credit card information easily.
