LabQC Pro – Laboratory Quality Control, PASS/FAIL, CoA & OOS for Dolibarr

Hello Dolibarr community,

I would like to introduce LabQC Pro, a laboratory quality control module for Dolibarr designed for organizations that manage products by batch or lot and need structured, traceable QC records.

The module provides a complete workflow:

QC Specification → QC Test → Analytical Results → Automatic PASS / FAIL → Finalization & Locking → CoA / OOS Report

Main features include:

Product-specific QC specifications

Specification version management

Analytical parameters and acceptance criteria

Numeric and text-based analytical results

Automatic PASS / FAIL evaluation

QC tests linked to Dolibarr products and batches/lots

Finalization and locking of completed QC tests

Audit trail and value-change tracking

Certificate of Analysis (CoA) generation

OOS / QC Test Report generation

Responsive desktop and mobile interface

Optional integration with CAPA & Deviation Manager

Optional BatchSafe Pro integration

LabQC Pro can be useful for laboratories and companies working in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, supplement and other batch-controlled environments.

Is this any part an extension on the QC components that were packaged in as experimental features in recent core builds of Dolibarr? The ones that can be turned on from the additional features page?

Hi Zachary,

Good question.

LabQC Pro is not an extension of, nor dependent on, the experimental Quality Control features currently available in the Dolibarr core. It is an independent external module and does not require those experimental features to be enabled.

The current experimental core functionality is mainly related to additional quality-control information on products/lots, such as QC-related duration/frequency fields.

LabQC Pro implements a broader laboratory QC workflow, including:

product-specific QC specifications and versions;

analytical parameters and acceptance criteria;

QC tests linked to products and batches/lots;

numeric and text results;

automatic PASS / FAIL evaluation;

finalization and result locking;

Certificate of Analysis and OOS reports;

audit trail;

optional integration with batch status and CAPA/deviation workflows.

It uses the standard Dolibarr product, stock and lot/serial infrastructure where appropriate, but the QC workflow itself is provided by LabQC Pro. No Dolibarr core modification is required.

That said, I am interested in following the development of the native Dolibarr QC functionality and maintaining compatibility where useful as the core features evolve.

Best regards,

Vasile Panciuc
