Launch in AWS Console - 'bitnami-dolibarr-13.0.1-2-r01-linux-debian-10-x86_64-hvm-ebs-nami' - Problem loading page

Installing my Dolibarr

Hi,

I tried installing Dollibarr via the instructions written here: https://bitnami.com/stack/dolibarr/cloud/aws I chose the ‘Launch in AWS Console’ option and chose the latest version.

I was able to retrieve the password via the system log (see https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/get-started/find-credentials/).

However, if I open the Public IPv4 address of the EC2 instance, then I get a blank page forever, and a ‘Problem loading page’… Does anybody know why this could be the case please?

The last lines from the logs were:

Initializing module libphp
Initializing module bncert
Initializing module dolibarr

And they date about 15 minutes ago.

Did you properly configure your ports to be open to the outside world?

@erikvanberkum Thanks, that solved the problem. What Source should be added for SSH? Also 0.0.0.0/0 ?

0.0.0.0/0 is open to the world, when you list a fixed IP address or IP range you can tighten security more. It’s up to you how to set up your security.
