Lead and Thirdparty Management

Hello everybody,
Would like to know if there is any way of separating the sales leads from a thirdparty who’s really a customer.
Or is there any solution that i could link up with another platform for Lead management. We want to have more activity with the Leads, say email campaign, maillist…

Can anybody give me some tips?

I know there is a emailing on the system. But this is pretty simple. Could there be any connection with mail-list program like phplist? I notice there connector/ synchronication between some other CRM. Would this be available for Dolibarr too?

Appreciated for any feedback.

There are a couple of modules that connect to e-mail marketing systems such as mailchimp. Have a look on dolistore.

You can use the concept of prospect, customer to separate sales leads from customers and its possible to then use the agenda to schedule sales lead follow-up. However it is a bit clunky.

I am currently looking at ways to improve this.

Paul

Thanks Paul,

I have been looking at Mailchimp, but the free option only support 2000 member on the list, thats’ why we are looking at phplist hosting on our own server instead. But I have to manually synchonize the contact between the two apps.

I am also looking at some way to make the sales lead maintain separately from dolibarr, and only turn to Thirdparty when it is validated as real customer.
Again, found difficult and redundant to put some same record on two systems. Synchonize problem came also…

Anyway, Looking forward to get some more update on Sales lead management on Dolibarr. I really like this out of all CRM systems I tested.

Thanks all!

It comes a bit late but maybe it’s useful to someone. I found these guys that do a good job at separating them. They use “Lead origin”, customer status and many more as possible filters so you do get a lot of options.
