i dont know how many people use the possibility to send by mail the link for accept the quotation on line
when a customer signs the proposal the signature button does not send the accepted form
I too hv same problem 
I just discovered something that maybe can help you! I use the customized proposal numbering system, if I use the standard one (mabre) everything works normally
