I am trying to use Dolibarr for one of my clients. His use case is as below:
He has multiple warehouses. He should be able to create orders and assign to a particular warehouse. The POC of the warehouse should be able to login to the system and see the orders that are assigned to him alone.
Please let me know if this use case can be setup on dolibarr.
Hi,
You can link a user to an order using the ‘Contacts/Addresses’ tab.
The user will have to filter his orders with the ‘Linked to a particular user contact:’ in the order list.
You can add new ‘Contact/Address types’ in the dictionary setup.
I have developed a module for collecting customer orders in a warehouse, which can also filter on linked users. If you are interested you can always contact me.

My scenario is something like this.
I have multiple warehouses (with a manager associated with each). When I receive an order, I would like to assign it to a particular warehouse.
The concerned person associated with the warehouse should be able to login to the system and see ONLY those orders which are assigned to him.
Can this kind of scenario be setup on Dolibarr? Or do I need a module for the same?
Kindly advise.
I am looking for similar functionality. I’d like to be able to assign and item to a warehouse and limit certain users to that location, so they are only seeing the items in that warehouse.
