List in Interventions tickets messages

Hello,
I wish help in next issue, please:

We are a IT company and we open issues tickets for each customer wich needs assistant . When the problems is solved and ticket its closed its important notify the customer with the time spent solving the problem that was reported.
Q: How can i generate interventions wich is listed the tickets message? I know it is possible to generate a intervention from the ticket menu. But, the tickets messages arent listed, the time spent, even in generated PDF doesnt show any clue of ticket.

I think if you want to trace the time spent , you will need to create a project .

In my situation, more important then trace the time is to list the messages tickets in interventions… :confused:
