The point is, I want to add some row and column also remove some as well. But I was able to do it halfway. not all printed out. I have added table on the SQL but I am not sure that’s where the issue lies. Please any useful response will be appreciated.

I can’t answer your question but as a workaround, would it not be easier to create an ‘extrafield’ ? Then you can show that extrafield column in the list?

All fields available in Dolibarr default installation can be shown in the list by checking on (or off) in the burger menu.
If you need additional fields not common available, there is a way to add extra fields you need (in Start -> Settings -> Module -> Module Settings).
This can be shown / disabled as any other field for list view.
You seems not get what I am trying to pass across. the thing is I want to edit form on card.php and want all I enter on the form printed out on list.php. Please find an attched JPEG for illustration. Thank you.
