Logo not working

Using my Dolibarr

Hi!

I’m using Dolibarr since a couple of days and I encountered the following problem :

when I tryed to record my logo, using the administrator account, Dolibarr says “Erreur, l’enregistrement du fichier a échoué.”

I tryed with booth jpg and gif format.

What is the size of your logo? try not to go bigger then 100 pixels heigh.

Have you checked the writing permissions on your server?

In the past I reach the same problem and my conclusion is :

  1. don’t use pictures with transparent background (I do not know why but this kind of picture is not usable in some documents or screens
  2. don’t use pictures with too high resolution (Why I do not know but this is the result of my experience !)
  3. Avoid using some type of png files and some type of gif files (Why I do not know but this is the result of my experience !)

So try to convert your logo in a lot of different formats and you will be able to use your own logo.

Go ahead Dolibarr is a very useful and friendly product.

If could help somebody :

After configure Dolybarr i would change my logo, so i did.

But the logo was not loading and no appear anywhere. So, i convert to png file and use no baskspace, like “logo.png” and not “logo small.png”.

I set permissions to write and read in “\dolibar\documents\mycompagny\logos\logo.png” and now yorks.
