Logout button is missing

Hi all,

I updated my Doilibarr to the latest stable version (12.0.1), but I did not find any logout button.
Can anyone please let me know how I can logout from my account?

Change Theme use Eldy instead of md

A FIX would be to comment the L150 : https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/blob/develop/htdocs/theme/md/dropdown.inc.php#L150
