Hello all,
I have been able to get initial mails to an address to create new prospect (if needed) and then add a new ticket to the system. However, I am needing to also grab any response/reply that comes in to get added to the ticket using a second collector.
This need leads to the discovery of one of the few very glaring and crippling lacks in documentation that I have seen in this Project. Is there ANYONE out there that can offer up examples of working with different mail collector situations?
Any contributions will be most greatly appreciated. I will be correlating them and adding them to publicly available documentation to ensure people that need the information can actually find help when needed.
