Make a dropdown list based on a custom module in dolibarr

Hi Everyone I’m using v19 and I just create two custom modules (Consultants and Mission ) with module builder ,in the Mission module I want to add a dropdown list that contains the Consultants names please anyone can help how can do that

One way is to make a dictionary “Consultants” and a function to retrieve them
