Manage drop down product list by category

Hi all,
How can I manage the drop down list of products in order\invoice forms according to a customer category?
using 17.0.1

Our “Bulk Products Entry” module doesn’t do exactly what you ask but it allows you to filter and insert products of a specific category into documents.
