Manufacturing and traceability

Hi.
Does any one know of any modules that allow for traceability and saving of historic data of products, and manufacturing. There are a few I have seen that may do the job, but slightly lost in translation as documents are in French.

Example, I purchased parts A,B & C.
Parts A & B have certificates of conformity (Lot number/serail number), which need to go with the manufactured product Z.
I build product Z, and then sell it…

As soon as the parts have been picked with BoM, currently and data attached to that item disappears, along with any traceability…

As soon as I have sold product Z, that disappears too.

Any help appreciated

Hi,
every movement (goods receipt/production/shipment/etc…) is recorded and stored in the agenda “Movements” (find it under Warehouses).
It’s not very comfortable but in the end it’s traceable what happened to a specific S/N.
