Mass Emailing doesn't work :(

Hello friends!

I have the 3.1.0 version and I’m trying to use the mass emailing function. When I go to Tools -> Emailings -> Recipients and I pick a category from Third parties, it doesn’t import email addresses. It shows this error
“no new email to add to recipients’ list”

And another issue: the text box on the “New emailing” page doesn’t have the same format as the demo. It shows a simple text box without the tools (bold, italics etc)

What is value of column “Nb of unique email” on line “Third parties” on page to add targets ?
Did you enter email value on at least on third party ?

Nb of unique emails is 772.

If i click “Add” without selecting a category, all emails are entered correctly.

But, I have added a category named “02 Suppliers”.
When i add a person (and his email) in this category (as a supplier),
when i chose the category “02 Suppliers” and click “Add”, the email doesn’t appear on the recipient list.

Instead, the message “No new Email to add to recipient’s list.” is displayed.

This bug also seems to happen when i test the online demo of dolibarr at http://www.dolibarr.org/onlinedemo .

Any ideas?

Third parties (by category)
or
Contacts of third parties (by third parties category)

i tried a fix onto demo, can you check if demo is ok now ?

I’m using Third parties (by category).

Well, i tried putting the third party “rose” (rose@google.com) to any supplier category but still it doesn’t work on the demo.

Have you tried this on the demo? It works for you?

Right. I found another bug.
Fixed now.
Third party rose is correctly added onto demo.

Is this fix included in the 3.1 RC3 or we gotta wait for the next version?

Need to wait RC4 or final release.
