Migration to different linux distribution, validation of payment fails with error message

Dear dolibarr community,

first of all.
I am very very happy with dolibarr, also I probably only saw a tiny fraction of its functions.
A thousand thanks to the developers of this fine software!

The parts I saw in a local debian based test installation (nginx +mariadb) convinced me to use it for my small business.
So I set it up another installation, this time on a arch linux based server (nginx +mariadb).
I upgraded the debian based installation to 16.0.3 and created backups of the documents and the database.
The restore on the new installation (arch linux) had one challenge: the known “errno: 150 “Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed””. I fixed that following the guide on Restores - Dolibarr ERP CRM Wiki. After that the restore went though.
However, trying to validate a payment failed with the message: “ErrorGenerationAskedForOdtTemplateWithSrcFileNotFound
I am able to draft new invoices. But I did not run any further test.
I am very thankful for advice on how to debug this.
Also let me know if you need more information about my installations to narrow the source if this problem.

Hello

You have ODT generation activated without the ODT template availlable.
Check the module configuration.

Good morning to you,

thank you for the fast reply.
The module configuration list for “ODT/ODS templates” says:
“Number of ODT/ODS template files found in these directories: 3

But trying to upload an additional template as admin fails with error message:
“Temporary directy does not exists.
Setup not saved”

Could you point me in the direction where to configure the “Temporary directy”

Very Respectfully
