There are some missing translation words, I have attached the views of the related screens.
The words are:
Taxes
Paid vacation
Budget
you can find it in htdocs/langs/xx_XX. some languages are not full translation, in your case may be using sublime text editor the lucky way. just open your language folder and find your missing word, you can add missing word if there is no translation.

yes, you can do it. There is some new update words in dolibarr 3.9.1, and I have to add new again
