Multi-level BOM

I just installed Dolibarr version 13.
I would like to know if it is possible to manage multi-level BOMs.
In detail it means:

  • product A is made up of some products (raw materials);
  • product B is made up of some products (raw materials);
  • product C is made up of some products (raw materials);
  • product D is the set of products A, B and C.
    By creating the Manufacturing Order for product D, I would like to reduce the inventory for all the raw materials included in products A, B and C.
    How can I get this?

I am also very interested in the same thing. We are looking at switching to Dolibarr but we need multi-level BOMs (they are pretty fundamental to MRP) and I can’t find the answer to this anywhere. I have yet to set it up enough to try it out.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

To make really useful the BOM list in Dolibarr, need to have the multilevel feature enabled.
All the products are composed of another products and services in a hierarchical view.
Also the Kits feature (Virtual products) do not have it yet.
I hope our Dolibarr guru can help us and implement this soon in the following versions. :slight_smile:
