Need Help With Data Pull Out And PDF Modification

I am new to Dolibarr, so please help. Much appreciated

I’m currently looking for a way to pull out vendor/customer data. Noted that I did input information into the system.

Secondly, my current language for Dolibarr is Vietnamese and the form is kinda overlaying each other. Basically, the column seems too narrow and the “space” needs more rows
So is there anyone who can help me modify the PDF or guide me on how to do it?

Updated: Is it possible to add new form into Dolibarr? and How to do it?
