Need help with download from Doli-Store - Bought Doli-Report and got Multi-Db, Tried contacting all parties

I bought the Dolireport, but got Multi-db instead in download from Doli-Store. I need to install the report program. I sent an Email to Doli-Report and 2bytes.es to no avail. Anyone have a way of contacting them?
