New Feature (Project Filter)

Hi:
I think it could be usefull…
We have modified element.php inside …/project/ to fit our particular need
now when you ask refferres inside any project you have a filter by third party at any instance of different referrer type.
It’s very usefull for us so I hope it could be used for someonelse…
attached you could find compressed file
it can replace element.php version 3.0.1 (only)

Because 3.0.1 is not last stable, we don’t add new features for it.
But if you can provide this patch for 3.1.0, i will include it.

Attached is element.php zipped updated for dolibarr 3.1.0
(I added a header comment but i didn’t modify footer)
