Using Dolibarr 3.9.0 in German.
- Our products and Services database is set up in 3 languages: German (DE) as default language, English (EN-USA) as first additionnal language and French (FR) as third additionnal languade.
- Our different partners are set up with one of These 3 languages.
To create offers (propales) in These 3 languages we are working with ODT and we get the following problems:
when creating an offer (propal) in French:
- using the tag {line_product_label} we are getting the info in English or German but not in French!
- the tag {line_desc} seems to work perfectly
when creating an offer (propal) in English-US:
- using the tag {line_product_label} or {line_desc} we are getting the info in German most of the time and only a few time in English, when it should be always in English.
I couldnt find any info on this Topic neither in the wiki, nor in the French Forum.
Does anyone has a clue on how to correct this?
I am not sure to understand what you mean. The translations of our products and Services are all in the products and Services themselves.
Here I attached 3 pictures of my Problem.
What I do not understand is that the ODT offers that I get are with completely mixed up languages. See the attached screenshot.

I am there again, trying to look for a solution to get our documents (quotations, confirmation orders, invoices…) in our clients’ languages.

We are using ODT for all our documents (propales, orders, invoices…)
we are struggling to get the products/Services Labels in the Clients languages. we are using different ODT tags and for the following, the translations do not work:
- {line_product_label}
- {company_country}
which means that when using these tags, our default language (DE) ONLY appears.
Has anyone a tip? where exactly can I change it so that the translation works for These 2 tags as well as for all the others?
