i have created my own odt template.
How can i save this as a pdf file when i create an invoice?
Can i do this with dolibarr own scripts or do i need to convert every own documents in open office?

It is possible to activate an automated odt to pdf transformation in Dlibarr, but this will not work on all servers and hostings.
Manual way to do it
open generated odt with your oppenoffice from the browser.
esport odt file to a pdf and store it on your desktop
attach generted pdf to your dolibar dokument. (attached file tab)
