Password not working

I have Dolibarr installed locally on my laptop.
I was entering data for my customers in the CRM module when my computer crashed (blue screen) when it restarted the chrome browser would not open and I had to reinstall it.
After reinstalling chrome the login dialog box opened but the password I had set would not work and I just got a ‘bad value for login or password’ message. I had not registered an email so was using ‘admin’ login and I know for sure the password I used was correct, but it was not accepted. Is there is any solution for this to recover or reset the password.
I’m also concerned I may have lost the data I had entered for my customers, I’d spent a lot of time doing this.
