ON VERSION 12.0.3 WHICH IS ALSO I AM USING FOR THE OTHER COMPANY THIS WAS NOT THERE.

Version 13.0.4 on the version 12,0,3 it is okay but on the other company i used that version (13.0.4) that is happening

You can always try to upgrade to V13.0.5.

Can I update this into 14.0.4 without any Issue?

If you haven’t external modules yes you can upgrade
If you have external modules you need to check if it works with V14
