I am trying to prevent Customs|Commodity|HS code and Origin country from appearing on invoice lines. I thought I would try to disable the “Hide products ref.” PDF setting, however, when I save the change, the PDF value does not save. In other words, the “Hide products ref.” remains unselected after saving. What could cause this behavior?
Maybe the following will help:
Goto HOME → SETUP → OTHER SETUP ->ADD

Thank you for the reply. I did add MAIN_PRODUCT_DISABLE_CUSTOMCOUNTRYCODE =>1 to “Other Setup”, but, unfortunately, the country and customs information continues to appear on invoice lines. I wonder why this setting is being ignored and why PDF option settings do not save.
I did a quick test and found indeed that when enabling this feature and when you edit an existing invoice, the hs-code and country of origin will indeed print on the invoice.
But when you create a new invoice, it will not, print the hs-code and country of origin.
I had same issues, (pdf options could not be saved)please upgrade to 14.0.1, the issues will be solved
