Placeholder for proposal, order & invoice number

I try to use email templates, which seems to be a good idea.
Is there a way to fill in a place holder for proposal, order, invoice & credit number into the subject?

e.g.: Subject: New order [placeholder_order_number]
where [placeholder_order_number] get filled with the real number

In my situation it should be CO1605-0062

What are the placeholder for number of
* proposal
* order
* invoice
* credit
or where can I find it

It does not work with the objects for odt-templates
