Please fix the de_AT date/time formats

Hi,

I’m experiencing the same issue described in issue #38509 with the German (Austria) de_AT locale in Dolibarr 23.x.

Dates are currently displayed in US format, for example:

  • 05/27/2026 instead of 27.05.2026

  • 10:10 AM instead of 10:10

I noticed that PR #39655 already proposes a fix for this by changing the relevant de_AT format values to the Austrian formats.

Could someone with the necessary permissions please either merge PR #39655 or apply the corresponding changes in Transifex, so that this issue can be fixed in an upcoming release?

I don’t have the required Transifex permissions to make the change myself.
