Hi, i went from v15 to v23 (in single upgrade steps). I notice the log out icon vanished after about v17, How do i log out. Also there is a drop down list at the top left with nothing in it… seems like some large changes in an upgrade.
I am not seeing any errors though (no errors during the upgrades that i could see)…
Also how do i delete a user, the DELETE button in the user details doesnt do anything.
