I’m surprised for not finding proper support documentation nor tags or subcategories in this forum regarding the installation and use under Postgres both on-premises and cloud: My ONLY interest is to test and perhaps use Dolibarr as an additional front end or interface for our systems, projects and related data totally dependent on PostgreSQL.

They also cover the installation with a PostgreSQL database, although there is nothing special about it, a database server must be installed beforehand (obviously already existing in your case) and the login of a db user with sufficient rights needs to be entered during installation.
Don’t know what you mean by using Dolibarr as a frontend for your existing systems. Best option for coupling Dolibarr with other systems is via the REST interface, though.
