Price Correction / Samples free of charge

Hello together,
We need to correct inventory/prices due to eg FY closing or getting samples for free.
I do not know since when, but Dollibarr 13.0.1 (or before) does not accept corrections or has a different logic behind (or I missed something). Or my installation is faulty …

EG we´re getting samples for free → inventory correction → add 10pcs at cost 0 → 10pcs are added but with average cost and my “real” cost of 0 manually entered is being ignored.

Or I make a PurchaseOrder, cost is 0,00 → Goods receipt at 0,00 → Inventory value booked at weighted average of 0,99 and not with 0 as per purchase order.

Or also tested: PurchaseOrder at eg 0.99 → inventory receipt done at manually entered purchase price of 0,88 → entry ignored, inventory value is at 10x0,99=9,90

As far as I remember in the past this worked.

Hej Tecamizer,

i had this discussion about cost free samples in my company some months ago. I thought they had to be booked witj value 0. But our CFO told me, that they HAD a value, even if they are samples we didn’t pay for. Hence they have to be booked with a value. They took the average value.

So i guess it would be correct if you book them with a real value instead of value 0.
