The MYSQL server doesn’t allow the connection.
How dolibarr is installed?

It’s not installed yet, I tried but no luck!!

Dolibarr is not properly installed or the Firewall is blocking the Directory.

Finally I installed dolibarr, the problem seems to be with my xampp, there was another program taking port 3306 so I had to change it to another port… and all is working fine now… thank you all for the help
