Problem with contracts

Hello

I’m doing a contract to my customers. When I’m creating a contract I send the link to the customer to sign and when he signet the signature appeard on the seller side and I tried again and twice followed and I can’t make the client sign on his side. Seller signature is on the left side and the customer is on the right?

Does someone knows how to do it?

Hi,

Go to your account settings and set your signature there then try to go back and regenerate the new signature

I tried it, but receives a 403 error.

— I then tried a “normal” text signature. It was accepted, but it did not change the online signature to the other side of the contract.
