hello, i have 2 issues with user date of birth
first the combo list for year limited from 2011 to 2031
second when input the date of birth manually it always save the month is 11 the current month
example date of birth 1/1/1970
it save 01/11/1970 or 11/01/1970 according to date format mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy
i tried many ways to enter he date after saving it became month 11
