i’ve read CSV example, i import my products with success but there are no producs there and if i i try to redo the import it finds duplicate records

May be you import product with type 1 so they are imported as service.
Enabled module service and check you see them or not as services.

When importing into a new system:
As the instructions indicate it will take several tries to get the import to work correctly.
So after a successful import attempt when an error is found is there a “duplicate entry” error on simulation blocking the import rather than allowing the overwrite that is naturally expected?
