Good morning

I have been using Dolibarr v 19.0.0 as a beginner, and I want to manage a car rental business with private drivers.

I registered the vehicles as products.

When placing orders, I would like to be able to have a pop-up (or an alert) which could tell me that a vehicle is already rented on a certain date and therefore prevent duplicate rentals.

Can you tell me which option/module I should activate ( I prefer the basic modules already provided by Dolibarr), or how to do it on a different way?

You should probably think of the cars as “resources” as apposed to products and use the resource module. While I haven’t tried to do what you are attempting, you should be able to get closer to your desired outcome by doing so. Good Luck.
