Please can somebody help me with a problem I have… I have to create a proforma invoice (pre-invoice) and I want to duplicate Propose module and rename it as Proforma invoice (pre-invoice).
What should I do exactly? Can some module be dupliceted??

Hello,
As a Dolibarr user I try to help you but the subject is not so simple.
To send Proforma invoice one solution is to prepare a normal invoice and to put on the pdf file generated a stamp “Proforma” as you can put a stamp “Payed” when you sent a confirmation copy of the payement.
This solution is easy to use and in my case I change the name of the pdf file generated
FAxxx-yyy.pdf in (the first case) FAxxx-yyy_proforma.pdf (second case) FAxxx-yyy_payed.pdf …
But the main problem for me is VAT related !
In France if you create an invoice, you must pay the VAT (even if it could be accepted and payed (or not) in the future)
For this reason we suggest to send a proposal with the stamp “Proforma” and to validate it only when the proposal is agreed and payed.
