Hello all,
I am a new user on Dolibarr V15.0.1. I am having trouble understanding how to add notes when we speak with a current customer about a project or a new prospect as the quote/sales process moves on. Each time someone speaks with a Customer or Prospect we want to document this, so anyone with permissions can see all of the contact date/time and the notes for the activity.
Can anyone point me to something that describes how to do this?
We have tried using the Agenda/ToDo list but only one note can be entered there. We also tried Tasks and only one note can be entered - seemingly the same issue for every place we have looked.
