Using latest CVS with lang en_IN

In Invoice View
http://localhost/dolibarr/htdocs/compta/facture.php?facid=2
We can see this text
Virement

And in this page
http://localhost/dolibarr/htdocs/compta/bank/account.php?&account=1&page=1
we see abbreviations that we are not able to relate to like
SOLD
VIR
LIQ

CHQ - This is ok as we use the word Cheque

in this page
http://localhost/dolibarr/htdocs/compta/bank/account.php?action=addline&account=1&page=1
We See the word CHECK which i think should be Cheque

Thanks

I can’t find the string “Virement”. Can you tell me where on screen you see it ?

I fixed the translation for key “SOLD, VIR, LIQ”.

Also can you confirm that the payment with cheque is spelled
“Cheque” for india and not “check” like in us english ?

“Virement” is visible when we open an Invoice…

Yes it is confirmed that in India we use the word “Cheque” as mentioned in this indian bank HDFC

In CashDesk (version 2.9.0) there are “Aujourd’hui” and “Choisissez une date” in calendar.

Hi all, I just want to comment that I’m having some difficulties trying to customize dolibarr becouse of the french language use in the code itself. I won’t say I’m disapointed, becouse it’s not all the code, and there are some comments and files in english already and more coming, as eldy said, with time. And dolibarr works perfect anyway!

I’m still almost new to dolibarr but I’d like to contribute, specially with adapting it to specific need in my country, Argentine. Having more code and comments in english would make that easier.

Thanks a lot for your work!

This books explores what we believe about language, & why we persist in handing down from generation to generation an odd collection of fact & fantasy about language.Sentencemaster has some easy and free English writing exercises for you to learn and practice your English Vocabulary and English language comprehension. It offers a corrective to many of the unsupportable beliefs we hold about language in general & English in particular. It shows how these beliefs originated & offers suggestions for a more enlightened approach.

Yes, I should agree  I chose DoliBarr over some others opensource crm/erp solutions, as one of the most complete ones (functionally).

Now I am doing some fixes and I have to use PHP debugger + Google Translator to do any adjustments.

But I also understand that translating variables/classes/databases is almost impossible without huge investments (TIME x PEOPLE). Therefore at least comments would be great
