Purchase Orders 'CLASSIFY RECEPTION' not working in 12.0.3

I use version Dolibarr version 12.0.3 and was setting up my organization and modules. I was trying out all workflows of Dolibarr and came across something which is not working as it should.
I watched Dolibarr’s video on how to use Purchase Orders and tried doing steps as shown in the video.
However, the ‘Classify Reception’ feature is not working.
When I select any option ( Delivered, partially delivered, cancelled or Never Received), and click the ‘Receive’ button the page reloads without any errors as if the process got executed without any errors. But the status of the Purchase Order doesn’t change and stays in ‘Ordered - Standby reception - Billed’.
Do you have any idea why this is happening? Is this a known bug in 12.0.3?

Hi, It is my first service purchase order in Dolibarr, maybe it is just my missunderstood. However, I don’t even get a message of restriction or error. The page just reloand, the “receive” area goes away and the order status keeps as “Ordered - Standby reception”. I thought it might be caused by some conflict in settings. Therefore, I freshly installed in a new server and it’s the same.
