i am using dolibare V. 19.0.2
in reception i can see on screen the extra fields but not in pdf (squill) and there is not other print template module to use

Yes, it is not developed yet.
But you can always make your own template : Add Extrafields on PDF Models - Dolibarr ERP CRM Wiki

Another issue related to multi currency
When transferring into accounting account there is an issue
The issue is the amount off currency still the same number in accounting account ledger if this amount come from bank transfer or from miscellaneous payments, if i made bank transfer for 1000 usd which equal to 50000 egp i found the number transferred into account account 1000 no 50000 so i have to correct that by editing the ledger, the same for miscellaneous payment but
if the amount came from invoice or invoice payment no problem the amount transferred to accounting account ledger is the equivalent which is correct
