However, we have had different users using the system, and now most of them are disabled.
When planning, for example, anything in my agenda, I have always listed all the users, active or not active. I know there is a “Delete” buttom to remove the user, but as soon as there are activities in the user it can not be delete…
Anyone know how to avoid have listed the disabled users??
- All users will see the disabled users, no matter administrator or not.
- Disabled users are always listed in, for example, the users lists when planning anything in the agenda.
- When checking the history of any third, you can still see the disabled used in the list, but always crossed out.
I figured that any disabled user can simply not being delete if there is any associated activity, event, proposal, etc linked. It makes sense to keep the historical information, but at least should be an option to removed from the event list the disabled users. Imagine having 100 disabled user together with 5 active users.
I found also something interesting: When I disable a contact from a thirdparty, it disappears from the list. The question here is where to find it in order to activate it again.
You are right, it dissapear from the list. But in the header of that list, you have the box to see Active or Disable contacts. If you check disable and press search buttom you can see it!
