Restrict access to open tickets

I have users and groups created in Dolibarr, where each group has a purpose and only has users for a certain purpose. When a user opens a ticket, in addition to viewing the ticket he opened, he can also see tickets opened by other users, who belong to other groups. I would like some help so that tickets can be segmented into groups, so that other unauthorized users cannot view other people’s tickets and have access to confidential data.
