Sales order PDF generation PHP files not shown/available in dolibarr but yes in the proper folder

Hi.

Since a certain time (days) I found that in the sale orders module the list of available models for PDF is empty.
If I try to chosse a model only two are available (we have more) and clicking on “generate” only in one get success. in the other get “error 500” and the page is not shown.

All php files for the PDF generation are at the htdocs/core/modules/commande/doc folder . Days ago it was working.

The problem is onmly in sale orders. No where else.

Dolibarr is in the 15.0.2 version.
PHP 7.4
Apache 2.4.52
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Maria DB 10.6.7

Hi,

did something change regarding the model files? Maybe the access rights?

no, It’s not a rights matter.
Anyway, I momentary gave access (chmod 777) but no success.

In the module configuration I don’t see any model. But php files are in the folder

Just a guess, but you could try to disable and the re-enable the module and see if things change.
