Hi - I’m testing Dolibarr to see if it will work for our company. I’m testing on version 22.0.0. I have two types of customers - Retail and Wholesale, and I have a sale tax rate set for each state. Retail customers pay sales tax but wholesale customers do not. I have unchecked the box for ‘Sales tax used’ in the wholesale customer but when I create an order for them the default sales tax for their state is applied to each product and I have to manually change it to 0%. This is time consuming and can easily be missed. Shouldn’t unchecking the box of sales tax used for this customer make it so that no sales tax is applied to their order? Also, the default tax rate on the product is 0%.
