I’m new to Dolibarr and try to figure out if the Dolibarr matches our requirements and I’m pretty impressed so far.
Now we want to be able to pick the products (parts) which are required to manufacture a product by scanning the barcode of the parts. The workflow we have in mind is that we “select” an “Manufacturing order” on a handheld device and than walk through our warehouse with a bin an pick and select the required parts. After a part is scanned, its stock should be descreased and the product (part) should be “allocated” to the production order. (A comparable workflow is fine as well as long as we can scan the products during picking)
Actually it is just an other way of using the “consume or produce” functionality which is already available in the MRP module.
