The thing is, whenever I try to add new lines or may I say “predefined products” inside an order by searching them through their barcodes or reference numbers, by clicking “Add”, it adds the product to the order without any problem, but when I scan the barcode of an product/article it auto-refreshes the page to validate the “Add process” but adds absolutely nothing to the order…
Not to forget, when I repeat the same process on the cash desk module, it works without any problem, so Its not the scanner that has the problem…
I’m wondering if its bugged ? A helpful reply is kindly needed…
