I’m have a problem when I search a product in invoicing. I have a product that description is 265/65 XXX, then when I put the slash “/” the predictive searching stay in loading and not search anymore.

Hi,
Using a slash is obviously not a good idea. It will even be forbidden in next-coming version (see Changelog For 12.0.0 in https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/blob/develop/ChangeLog). I would such advice you to reconsider your product reference définition.
